Vanessa Carter is a law student at New England Law Boston with an interest in government relations, public policy, and advocacy. As a dual citizen of the United States and Canada, Vanessa brings cross-border perspectives to her work. She earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Law & Society from the University of Calgary and has prior D.C. internship experience with the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute, where she gained exposure to leadership development initiatives.
