TEAM / Beau Rothschild

Beau Rothschild joins TSG Advocates with more than two decades of high-level experience in government affairs, lobbying, and political strategy. Throughout his career, Beau has earned a reputation for delivering results, building lasting relationships, and helping clients successfully navigate some of the most complex arenas in government.

A native Texan, Beau launched his career in the Texas Legislature, serving as Chief Clerk of the House Energy Resources Committee. He went on to build his own successful lobbying firm before moving to Washington, D.C., where he served in senior roles on Capitol Hill, including Chief of Staff to Congressman Blake Farenthold and Members Outreach Director for the House Administration Committee. In these roles, he played a central part in onboarding dozens of new members of Congress and shaping operations within House leadership.

Most recently, Beau served as a governmental affairs principal at a prestigious law firm in Washington, where he advised Fortune 100 companies, technology start-ups, and nonprofits on navigating federal policy, regulatory issues, and international trade. His client work spans a broad range of industries, including energy, technology, financial services, and foreign affairs.

Beau’s approach is built on hard work, authenticity, and a belief that strong relationships drive lasting success. At TSG Advocates, he looks forward to expanding the firm’s influence in Texas and Washington by bridging federal and state strategies and offering clients a team and client-first approach rooted in long-term results.

Beau holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from Texas Tech University. He is based in Washington, D.C.
