TEAM / Mollie Peterson

Mollie Peterson joined The Southern Group’s Tallahassee office in December of 2021 and currently holds the position of Jacksonville Office Manager and Project Manager.

Mollie brings a wealth of educational expertise from her seventeen-year tenure at Duval County Public Schools to her role at the Southern Group. Mollie was Chair of the English Department at James Weldon Johnson College Preparatory School, where she was instrumental in developing district-wide curriculum materials. Furthermore, she served as the school-based lead specialist for the ESE/Gifted Department, overseeing a team of fifteen teachers and nurturing the educational development of over 350 students.

Mollie earned her Master of Education in Curriculum Development in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of North Florida.
