Kaitlyn Roberts brings a sharp political instinct and a decade of experience in federal policy and strategic communications to TSG Advocates. Having served in the first Trump administration, she offers clients a deep understanding of government operations and a proven ability to navigate complex policy environments at the national level.
Kaitlyn began her career in public service with roles in the offices of Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick and U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, followed by a White House internship in 2018. She later joined the staff of Congressman Kevin Brady, then-Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, where she supported legislative initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
From 2019 to 2023, Kaitlyn served in a nonpartisan role at the White House under two administrations, contributing to cross-agency efforts focused on intergovernmental coordination and federal policy implementation.
She holds a Master’s in International Relations from Harvard University, where she concentrated on global diplomacy and public policy, building on her undergraduate studies in Corporate Communications at the University of Texas at Austin.
Most recently, Kaitlyn advised Aramco’s Washington office, leading on regulatory strategy, geopolitical analysis, and enterprise-level engagement across key U.S. and international stakeholders.
She now leverages her broad experience and deep institutional insight to deliver results-driven advocacy for clients navigating the intersection of policy, business, and public impact.
