Daniel Diaz-Balart is an experienced trial lawyer, government relations expert and consultant. A fourth-generation lawyer, Daniel began his professional career as a prosecutor in Miami-Dade County. Thereafter he joined one of South Florida’s most prestigious civil litigation law firms. In 2017, he founded Diaz-Balart Law, with a focus on government relations, strategic consulting, and complex civil litigation. Daniel grew his practice to include a broad portfolio of domestic and international clients, utilizing his unique skills and training to help them achieve strategic goals at the national and local levels. He has successfully advocated for large and small businesses, foreign governments, and non-profit organizations.

It has been one of Daniel’s greatest honors to be able to represent distinguished domestic and international clients together with his father, former Congressman Lincoln Diaz-Balart, who represented South Florida in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1993-2011.

As a founding partner of TSG Advocates, Daniel brings a unique background and skillset that sets him apart and allows him to consistently achieve excellent results for his clients.

Daniel sits on the Board of Directors of the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (“CHLI”) in Washington, DC, the premier organization founded by Members of Congress to advance the Hispanic Community’s economic progress and diversity of thought.

Daniel is married to Estefania and together they have two sons, Lincoln and Edwin.
