Chase brings a multidisciplinary approach to advocacy on behalf of U.S. and international clients. Having run major political campaigns, legislative operations, and integrated lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C., he delivers advocacy, access, and influence informed by real-world experience in both politics and policy.

Chase is a founding partner of TSG Advocates, The Southern Group’s federal lobbying practice in Washington, D.C. Before joining TSG Advocates, Chase worked at Hogan Lovells, where he represented foreign governments and Fortune 500 companies, providing strategic communications, and government relations services. Earlier in his career, he ran his own lobbying and consulting firm and was Vice President at Go BIG Media, an award-winning digital media, communications, and political consulting firm. He has led successful advocacy and PR campaigns for top-tier defense contractors, national trade associations, and nonprofits, advising clients on lobbying, media relations, and communications strategies.

Chase also secured significant federal wins for defense contractors and municipal clients as a lobbyist at David Turch & Associates. On Capitol Hill, he served as a legislative advisor to a high-profile member of Congress and held leadership positions on several federal campaigns, including managing what was then the most expensive winning House race in history. In 2018, Chase was selected for the 40 under 40 award by the American Association of Political Consultants.

Chase earned a bachelors in political science from Saint John’s University and a masters in global security studies from Johns Hopkins University. He is originally from Minnesota and now resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children.
